Long Service Leave Worker Registration - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this registration if you work within any of the building and construction, community, cleaning or security industries. This scheme provides employees in these industries with long service leave entitlements that are portable between employers. The scheme ensures that workers that have been employed for 10 years within a regulated industry, and not all at the same employer, receive the same long service leave benefits entitled to single employer workers.

The scheme is funded by employers and contractors who provide contributions on behalf of their employees or contractors.
