Description

You will need to notify the agency if you are a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) and you use, handle or store hazardous chemicals at your workplace in quantities exceeding the prescribed limit. The prescribed limit is shown in Schedule 11 of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.
