Non-Commercial Liquor Permit - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this permit if you are a not-for-profit organisation and intend to sell liquor for consumption at an event or on a single permitted premises. Depending on your requirements, you may apply to sell liquor either in open containers for consumption on the permitted premises or in sealed containers for consumption elsewhere. This permit allows the sale of liquor:

  • at a single permitted premises
  • of a retail value not exceeding the value stated in the permit
  • at the event stated in the permit
  • at the permitted times.
