You will need this licence if you intend to possess, use or store paintball markers at an approved paintball range in ACT. Paintball markers are firearms designed to discharge a paintball. Be aware that a paintball marker can only be used by an approved operator at and approved range.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible, the Agency must be satisfied that you have taken part in at least four paintball competitions.
