Description

You will need this permit if you intend to keep a dog or cat that is not de-sexed. This permit will only be granted for the following reasons:

  • The animal is used, bred or bought for show
  • It would be detrimental to the health of the animal if it were to be de-sexed
  • The animal is a racing greyhound.

You will need this permit before you can apply for a licence to breed cats or dogs.
