You may need to comply with these requirements if you operate, install or maintain equipment used to inspect or test registrable vehicles. The standards in Schedule 2 of the Regulations encompass a wide range of requirements for equipment used to measure various vehicle functions and capabilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • roller brake testing
  • skid plate brake testing
  • headlamp aim testing
  • noise testing.
