Public Health (Community Pharmacy) Code of Practice - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will be required to comply with this code of practice if you intend to operate a pharmacy business in the Australian Capital Territory. The code sets out operational rules for pharmacies, including:

  • the reference material that must be available to the pharmacist
  • how the premises must be constructed, set up and maintained
  • rules for the pharmacist in charge
  • how to manage the business if the pharmacist passes away.
