You will need to comply with this standard if you intend to operate a pool facility that is open to the public. The standards outlines the requirements that must be complied with in regards to excluding a person access to a pool facility, including:

  • the period of exclusion
  • the severity of the behaviour that is grounds for exclusion
  • notification of the exclusion
  • record keeping.
