Totalisator Rules 2015 - Australian Capital Territory


You may be required to comply with these rules if you work for a licensed totalisator in the Australian Capital Territory.

Specifically, you must comply with these rules if you:

  • Make bets on a totalisator;
  • Print and issue betting tickets;
  • Determine the entitlement (if any) of a person to a dividend in a totalisator; and / or
  • Pay dividends in, or refund money bet on, a totalisator.

The purpose of these rules is to make provision for the terms on which totalisator bets are accepted.
