Totalisator Rules - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You may need to comply with these rules if you work for a licensed totalisator in the Australian Capital Territory.

Specifically, you must comply with these rules if you:

  • make bets on a totalisator
  • print and issue betting tickets
  • determine the entitlement (if any) of a person to a dividend in a totalisator
  • pay dividends in, or refund money bet on, a totalisator.

The purpose of these rules is to make provision for the terms on which totalisator bets are accepted.
