Preventing Falls in Housing Construction Code of Practice - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You may need to comply with this code if you intend to operate a business involved in housing construction. For the purpose of compliance with this code, housing construction includes the construction of:

  • detached houses
  • attached dwellings
  • row or town houses
  • boarding and guest houses
  • hostels (or similar) with a floor area less than 300 metres squared
  • ancillary buildings to the above, such as private garages, gazebos and carports.
