X 18+ Film Licence - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to deal in X 18+ rated films. X 18+ films include videos, CD and DVD versions. Please be aware that X 18+ films must be displayed in a package that is made of opaque material. Dealing in X 18+ films means to either copy or sell X 18+ films.

This licence can only be issued in respect of premises located in the ACT divisions of Fyshwick, Mitchell and Hume.
