Description

You are required to comply with the Accountability Principles if you intend to offer aged care services. Aged care services include:

  • home care
  • flexible care
  • residential care.

These principles set out the responsibilities of approved providers regarding staff members and volunteers, as well as compliance to the standards prescribed by the Agency.
