Air Carriers' Liability and Insurance Framework - Australian Government

Description

You may be required to comply with this code and framework if you intend to carry passengers via civil aviation. This code and framework comes from the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions and applies where a passenger dies or suffers from an injury which results in death when flying.

This code is an international agreement for the airline industry dealing with the rules of liability governing international carriage of persons, baggage and cargo by aircraft.
