Approval for Events on National Land - AG - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to host an event on National Land within Canberra.

This approval is required for public and private events, including:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible, you must:

provide evidence of appropriate public liability insurance
provide a copy of your approved ACT Government Application to Use a Public Place form, if required for the location
provide a map showing the structures on the site.
