You may require one or more of these approvals if you intend to provide health services or carry out a project aimed at examining, promoting or implementing methods to improve the quality, standards, efficiency and economy of health services in Australia.
The three types of approval are:
- approval of organisations
- approval of an organisation to provide health services
- approval of a health service development project to be undertaken by an organisation.
Separate approvals are required for each. These approvals may entitle you to health program grants for delivering the approved health services or a grant for an approved health project.
