AS / NZS 2604 Sunscreen Products - Evaluation and Classification - Australian Government


You may be required to comply with this standard if you intend to manufacture, promote or sell sunscreen products.

Sunscreens classified as therapeutic goods are, unless exempt, required to be included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) maintained by the Therapeutic Goods Administration before they can legally be marketed in Australia. To be listed, sunscreens must comply with this standard.
