You will be required to comply with these Guidelines in order to abide by the international broadcasting standards.

Broadcasting services provide programs that:

  • are intended to appeal to the general public (e.g. entertainment, sports, news, etc)
  • can be received using commonly available equipment (e.g. televisions and radios).

The object of these Guidelines is to set out arrangements for:

  • both proposed and operational international broadcasting services
  • matter in programs
  • the conduct of international broadcasting licensees.
