You will require this certificate if you intend to transport livestock from Australia by ship.

A certificate demonstrates the fitness of a ship for the transport of livestock, and is a compulsory requirement for any vessel which is permanently equipped for the carriage of livestock.

The Agency must be notified of any intention to transport livestock in order to assess the condition of the ship prior to voyage.
