Code of Conduct for Migration Agents - Australian Government

Description

You must comply with this code if you are a registered migration agent. The code sets our qualities and abilities registered migration agents must have to be on the Register. It also sets out requirements that you work with clients in a professional and ethical way.

The code guides how you:

  • interact with clients
  • communicate your fees and charges
  • keep records and handle money
  • work with other agents and any employees you may have
  • respond if a client complains about you.
