You must comply with this Code of Conduct if you are a registered migration agent. The code will tell you how you must:
- interact with clients
- communicate your fees and charges
- keep records and handle money
- work with other agents and employees
- respond to client complaints.
Failure to comply with the code can result in disciplinary action ranging from a caution to cancellation of your licence.
