Model Code of Practice: How to Safely Remove Asbestos - Australian Government

Description

You may be required to comply with this code if you intend to remove asbestos from a vessel or ship. Removal of asbestos must be in accordance with the laws of the State or Territory and if no such law exists, this code of practice is to be adhered to.

The purpose of this code is to provide advice for the safe removal of asbestos and asbestos-containing materials from buildings and structures, plant and equipment, and vehicles.
