The CodeMark Certification Scheme (the Scheme) is a voluntary third-party building product certification scheme. It supports the use of new or innovative building products in specified circumstances in Australia by providing a nationally accepted process for demonstrating compliance with the requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC)

CodeMark is best suited to innovative, higher-risk products where the manufacturer or supplier may find it difficult to satisfy the requirements of the NCC. CodeMark certification is also suited to manufacturers or suppliers seeking to improve their product’s acceptance in the Australian market.
