Defence Export Controls Permit - Australian Government

Description

You must apply for this permit if you intend to export or supply goods, services or technology listed in the Defence and Strategic Goods List (DSGL).

There are a variety of permits available, including to conduct the following, related to the DSGL:

  • export goods or technology
  • supply services outside of Australia
  • supply technology and software within Australia to a foreign person
  • supply goods and technology from outside of Australia

To be eligible for this permit, you must hold a valid Defence Export Control System Client Registration Number (DCRN).
