ELICOS Standards - Australian Government

You must comply with these standards if you are a provider who delivers an English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS). An ELICOS is a course of education or training that is solely or predominantly of English language instruction and provided or intended to be provided to a person who holds a student visa.

These standards outline specific quality requirements for registered providers, including in relation to course applications, contact hours, teaching, student assessment, staff, and premises.
