Designated services include a range of business activities in:

  • bullion
  • gambling
  • remittance
  • virtual assets
  • real estate
  • professional services
  • precious metals, stones and products.

AUSTRAC regulates designated services that are recognised as posing a risk for money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing.
