You will need this certificate if you intend to undertake specific space-related activities and require an exemption. An exemption for specified space activities is required in order to undertake an activity that may otherwise be prohibited by Australian law.

  • the probability of the Australian Government being exposed to liability, under the Liability Convention or otherwise under international law, for damage caused by the conduct.
