Food Standards Code - Australian Government

Description

You must comply with this Code if you intend to export grape products from Australia, unless:

  • the product meets all requirements for grape products imposed by the country to which the product is to be exported
  • the non-compliance will not compromise the reputation of Australian grape products.

Approval for non-compliance with this Code must be given in writing to the exporter from the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation. The approval must outline the particulars of the non-compliance and state that the product must comply with the Code in any other respect.

Please note that you will require a licence to export grape products from Australia.
