Description

You will need this certification if you intend to operate more than eight non-scheduled flights in one twelve month period into, out of or within Australian airspace, in a foreign registered aircraft.

A non-scheduled flight is a flight that is not made under the authority of an International Airline Licence and includes, but is not limited to, operations such as private flights, overflights and passenger and cargo services.
