You will be required to comply with various requirements if you intend to import into, or export from, Australia therapeutic goods and / or biologicals. There are strict requirements that apply to the importation or exportation of biologicals and therapeutic goods in Australia.

Therapeutic goods and biologicals include:

  • certain narcotic goods
  • psychotropic substances
  • precursor chemicals
  • antibiotics
  • androgenic / anabolic substances.
