Grape Product Registration - AG - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to export wine or other grape products. The registration process will include chemical testing of your product, checking of the vintage and validation of the geographic location of the source grapes.

Registration is required for each individual wine or grape product you intend to export.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you must ensure that your product meets the following requirements:

it must compile with the Food Standard Code
it will not compromise the reputation of Australian grape products
it is a sound and merchantable product.

Duration

Registration for each product continues unless the ingredients or the production method changes.
