You may be required to pay this levy if you manufacture horse feeds or worm treatments for horses.
The levy can be imposed on manufactured feed and worming treatments for the horse industry.
The intention of this levy is that it will remain set at zero until the horse industry is beset by an emergency disease outbreak and payment is required to the Commonwealth following the completion of their emergency response.
