Description

You will be required to comply with this code if you intend to operate as an internet service provider offering online gaming or gambling services.

Interactive gambling services are prohibited in Australia, except for certain excluded wagering, gaming and lottery services. The code provides procedures to be followed by internet service providers in relation to internet gambling content hosted outside Australia. The code also prohibits you from advertising the services of an interactive gambling service.
