Licence to Export Wine or Grape Products - Australian Government

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to export wine and other grape products.

The licence is only required if individual shipments exceed 100 litres.

Licences are not transferable and any change in the licensee's circumstances must be advised to Wine Australia as soon as practicable. Changes in a licensee's business address must be advised within 14 days.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this licence, you must:

  • have a place of business within Australia
  • be able to obtain grape products from Australian suppliers
  • not have previously had a licence to export wine or grape products cancelled, or be involved with a company that has
  • be of sound financial standing
  • ensure your product is made in compliance with the Food Standards Code.
