An unmanned aircraft or rocket includes moored balloons and kites, unmanned free balloons, unmanned rockets, remotely piloted aircraft (RPA), model aircraft, and pyrotechnic displays.

This manual sets out the regulatory regime for all activities of unmanned aircraft and rockets.
