Notification of a Low Risk Dealing - Australian Government

This notification is required by organisations that intend to deal with specific types of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Notifiable Low Risk Dealings (NLRDs) have been assessed as having minimal risk to the health and safety of people and the environment and as such, these risks can be managed by a physical containment level 1 or 2 facility.

These dealings must not involve the intentional release of GMOs into the environment.
