To be eligible for this permit, you must demonstrate:
- sufficiently low probability that the launch or launches will cause substantial harm to public health or public safety or damage to property
- safety of design, construction, and operation
- no interference with Australia’s security, defence, or international relations
- whether your object is or contains a nuclear power source, nuclear weapon, or weapon of mass destruction.
