Description

You are required to compile with this standard if you are supplying Australia with digital TV receivers. This standard allows the user to control the access to programs based on their classifications, for example G, PG, M or MA.

Generally you can assume your product must comply with the standard if it is:

  • an integrated digital TV
  • a digital TV set-top box
  • a personal video recorder
  • a distribution device.
