Permit to Supply Goods and Services, Weapons of Mass Destruction - Australian Government

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to provide any goods or services, which may be used in a weapons of mass destruction (WMD) program.

This includes the export of non-controlled goods, the supply within Australia of all goods, and the supply of services whether exported or not, where such goods or services may assist a WMD program.

There is no lower monetary limit for the good/service for which a permit is required.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must provide:

  • Your name and address;
  • A description of the goods, non-regulated goods or services to be supplied;
  • The name and address of the intended recipient of the goods or services; and
  • The reasons why you believe that the supply or export of the goods, or provision of the services, would not be contrary to Australia?s international or treaty obligations or the national interest.
