Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat) Code of Conduct - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with this code of conduct if you intend to operate as a bulk wheat port terminal operator.

The code lists mandatory compliance requirements to ensure:

  • that the bulk wheat export industry is operated efficiently and profitably
  • that all bulk wheat exporters have port terminal access
  • that port terminal service providers publish information relating to how their services are being provided and their performance.
