You will need this licence to play copyrighted music at a dance venue, including dedicated nightclubs, a dance club or disco.

This licence covers the use of the following activities:

  • playing recorded music for dance use
  • copying music for use on devices (including CD players, mobiles and tablets)
  • telephone hold music.
