You will be required to hold this registration if you are the owner of, or the person responsible for, an aircraft.
The Agency is required by law to keep a register of aircraft within Australia.
A registered operator is the person or organisation responsible for ensuring an aircraft's continuing airworthiness and correct maintenance procedures. This can be the owner or someone nominated by the owner. Please note that a record on the Australian Civil Aircraft Register does not constitute sufficient proof of ownership for either the registration holder or the registered operator.
Please consult the Contact Officer for more information.
