Sea Dumping Activities Permits - Australian Government


You will require one of these permits if you intend to incinerate, load or dump waste, dredging and other material (including burials at sea or on top of a reef) in Australian waters and from any Australian vessel, aircraft or platform anywhere at sea.

Australian waters extend to the outermost limits of its Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
