Standard for Limiting Exposure to Radiofrequency Fields ??? 100 kHz to 300 GHz - Australian Government

Description

You will need to comply with this Standard if you will expose the public or your employees to radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic fields, within the range of 100 kHz to 300 GHz, at single or multiple frequencies.

sets limits of exposure to radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic energy (EME) for the public and workers. The exposure limits set out in the Standard provide protection against all known adverse health effects from RF EME exposure and are set well below the level at which harm may occur. The exposure limits are aligned with guidelines published in 2020 by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which is the international body recognised as leaders in non-ionising radiation protection.
