Sugar Industry Code of Conduct - Australian Government


You will be required to comply with this Code if you are a mill owner, grower, farmer or marketer in relation to cane or the on-supply of sugar.

This document regulates the conduct of these parties such as obligation to act in good faith and conduct surrounding supply contracts. The code of conduct also requires the parties to engage in pre-contractual arbitration.
