Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (TGAC) - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (TGAC) if you intend to advertise or sell therapeutic goods.

The object of the Code is to ensure that the marketing and advertising of biologicals and therapeutic goods to consumers is conducted in a manner that promotes the quality use of therapeutic goods, is socially responsible and does not mislead or deceive the consumer.

Please note that there are various codes for medicines, medical devices and chemicals which are amended on a regular basis.
