Dangerous Poisons Manufacturers and Suppliers Licence - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to manufacture or supply dangerous poisons. The licence authorises you to:

  • manufacture a dangerous poison
  • possess a dangerous poison for sale by wholesale from your premises
  • sell a dangerous poison by wholesale (whether or not for resale).

The Agency has advised that they should be consulted in regards to any dealings with dangerous poisons.
