Description

You will need this licence if you intend to sell smoking or tobacco products by retail. The licence enables you to sell tobacco products, such as cigarettes and cigars, at the premises specified by the licence.

The holder of a retail tobacconist's licence must display their licence at, or in close proximity to, each point of sale at the premises.
