Maritime Labour Certificate - Australian Government

Description

You will require this certification as a Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) approved operator if you employ staff on a regulated Australian vessel that is:

  • At least 500 gross tonnage; and
  • Ordinarily engaged in overseas voyages.

There are also interim Maritime Labour Certificates available.

  • Provide evidence of compliance with Marine Order 11; and
