Permits for Schedule 2 and 3 Chemicals - Australian Government

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to operate a facility at which more than 30 tonnes of a Schedule 3 chemical is likely to be produced in a calendar year. Facilities which are likely to produce, process or consume Schedule 2 chemicals at a limit above the permitted threshold shall also require a permit.
