You will need this authority if you intend to possess, manufacture, produce or supply prohibited drugs for the purposes of use in scientific research or analysis.
Prohibited drugs are listed in the Act, and include cannabis, cocaine, heroin, ketamine, morphine and testosterone. This licence authorises the possession; manufacture or production; possession of equipment and materials for use in the process of manufacturing; and the sale and distribution of these substances in connection with authorised scientific activities.
This licence does not authorise you to possess, manufacture, produce or supply low-THC hemp.
