Product Approval of an On-Site Wastewater Management System - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to manufacture and sell a wastewater system with a design flow of up to 2000 litres per day.

This approval authorises you to sell and install a particular system anywhere in the NT, subject to compliance with conditions.

This approval applies to most on-site wastewater management systems, including:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
